Individual Call Max Target Ring Time |

Selects the maximum amount of time that the radio rings upon receipt
of an Individual Call. 
An Individual Call includes both Phone and unit-to-unit calls. If the
radio-user answers the call before the timer expires, the timer and ring
are both stopped. This feature applies for the current DVRS
Conventional Systems. Time is
in seconds.
When the System Type field is set to "DVRS", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
